Commitment to Cleanliness and Community in Minnesota

Our Company Story

At Professional Commercial Clean, we know how important cleanliness is for your business. A clean space keeps employees happy and customers coming back. Our journey started in the restaurant and catering industry, where we learned firsthand how a clean environment can make all the difference.

I’m Jennifer Cox, a Minnesota native and founder of Professional Commercial Clean. Running restaurants and catering services showed me that cleanliness is essential for safety, health, and success. That’s why I built this company—to help other businesses achieve the same standards.

We began in Hennepin County, serving local businesses. Over time, we expanded to nearby areas like Anoka, Ramsey, Dakota, Scott, Carver, Wright, McLeod, Chisago, and Isanti counties. Each place we serve is special to us. We aim to create lasting partnerships with every business we help.

Our services are led by NFPA-certified technicians who specialize in keeping workspaces safe and clean. Whether it’s commercial kitchen hood cleaning or general cleaning, we focus on quality and safety. We design our services to meet the unique needs of each client.

Our values are simple: integrity, reliability, and customer satisfaction. These guide everything we do. We are proud to be part of Minnesota’s business community and look forward to helping more companies create clean, healthy spaces.

Join us on our mission for a cleaner, safer future. Together, we can make a difference!

Why can’t I clean my own restaurant kitchen exhaust hood system?2024-09-07T16:22:01-05:00

Unfortunately, not anyone can clean a Restaurant Kitchen Exhaust Hood system. Restaurant owners can’t even clean it. It must be done according to NFPA Code 96 standards which specify that it must be done by a trained, qualified and certified person acceptable to the authority having jurisdiction.

This kind of work cannot be done by hand or with small tools and ordinary chemicals…It requires specific tools and equipment and strong chemicals, otherwise the work will not be done right; you can set off the fire suppression system or be unable to clean the vertical and horizontal ducts of most hood systems.

You have to be trained and certified and understand the NFPA Code 96 in order to be sure that there are no fire hazards.
